By wearing this attachment, you acknowledge and consent to the data collection described below. -------------------------------------------------- WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED -------------------------------------------------- The following information may be collected while this attachment is worn: - Your avatar UUID and avatar name - Session timing (attach, detach, region change) - Region and parcel you are in - Your position and movement data - Animation, movement and other avatar states (e.g. walking, sitting, away/busy mode, typing, swimming, flying, velocity, camera position and state) - Your attached attachments - Information regarding the connector attachment itself. - RLV state, RLV folder or other information acquireed via the use of RLV commands. -------------------------------------------------- WHAT IS NOT COLLECTED -------------------------------------------------- This attachment DOES NOT collect: - Local, group, or private chat - Data about other avatars (identity or history) - IP address or real-world information - Viewer, hardware, or operating system details - Information while the attachment is not worn - Avatar inventory contents beyond RLV folders -------------------------------------------------- SL DETECTION -------------------------------------------------- This attachment may detect the PRESENCE or DISTANCE of nearby avatars for real-time functionality. Nearby avatars are NOT identified, logged, named, or stored in any form. This detection is done purely within SL via the use of the option proximity addon script. This attachment may also detect SPEECH of AVATARS or OBJECTS. This detection is done within SL via the use of the optional speech addon script. Local Chat is NOT sent to the server, logged nor collected. Addon scripts can be deleted to OPT OUT of such detection. -------------------------------------------------- OFF-WORLD DATA STORAGE -------------------------------------------------- Data may be transmitted to an external server for processing or storage. This data: - Relates only to the wearer of the attachment - Is not shared with third parties unless authorized by you - Can be shared with you upon request - Is used solely for the intended functionality of this system -------------------------------------------------- YOUR CONTROL -------------------------------------------------- You may stop data collection at any time by: - Detaching the attachment. (This requires disabling RLVa if the attachment is locked) Detaching the attachment immediately stops data collection.
